Vernon School will be celebrating its 120th Anniversary this school year!

The Old Vernon School opened in September 1907.  The current school opened in September 1932. 

Our school colors are Purple and White, and our mascot is the OWL.  

We have an amazing after school SUN program.  Students starting in Grade 2 can learn to play Chess and participate in city-wide tournaments.

Besides offering PE, Art, Music, Library, and Spanish, Vernon School has a Garden Coordinator

Vernon actively promotes STEAM (Science-Technology-Engineering-Art-Math).  Volunteer to help

Our PTA provides opportunities to meet other parents and get involved in the school.
