Registration for 2026-27 Kindergarten will open February 28, 2026!

You can register online if ALL of the following apply:

Your child is NEW to PPS
Your students did NOT attend a PPS Pre-K locations: Boise-Eliot/Humboldt, Clarendon, Creston Annex, Dr. MLK Jr, Faubion, Grout, Jason Lee, Kelly, Marysville, Lent, Rosa Parks, Sacajawea, Sitton, Whitman, Woodlawn
Your student does NOT have an IFSP and did NOT receive services from Multnomah Early Childhood Program (MECP)
You are enrolling your child in your neighborhood school and NOT a CBO/Charter
You have an email address and access to a computer

Upcoming Events

March 3, 2026 (Tues) is Vernon's first Connect to Kindergarten event. It will be held in our Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) on the main floor from 6-7pm.

April 8, 2026 (Wed) will be our Connect to K visits to the classrooms from 2-3pm.

August 15, 2026 (Sat) will be our Meet & Greet from 12-2pm on the Vernon playground. Our new Principal, Robin Mauldin, will also be there.
